DifficultiesIn the beginning there were misgivings and fears that the implementation of the project would mean restrictions and usage rights, especially for the farmers. The chances that a Biosphere park would bring were not seen at all, or not seen by everyone. People were saying „let‘s wait and see what happens“ instead of taking the initiative. SuccessesThere was a sense of optimism in the valley and commitment on the part of the individual citizens and groups respectively. Politicians and the valley inhabitants were working together on the implementation. |
